Cacao Ceremony with Shelby

Imagine giving yourself the opportunity on a Sunday afternoon to step into ritual space, time out of time. In a room designed to engage your senses and hold you in its cozy softness. Candlelight glowing, the scent and blessing of Copal in the air. The ancient medicine of Cacao inviting you into presence with the wisdom your heart.
During this intimate Cacao ceremony, Shelby will guide our circle into ritual space, a grounding meditation, and intentional connection with Cacao. Expect time to slow down and journey with this sacred plant medicine, sound healing and medicine songs, time for introspection, as well as connection.
Cacao is an ancient, feminine, heart-opening plant spirit and guide. She can support us on both a physical and metaphysical level. She is multifaceted in that she can take us quite deep and help us to feel our emotions, while also helping us to connect with playfulness, joy, and gratitude.
About your teacher:
Shelby is a yoga, breathwork, & meditation teacher and ceremonialist. She has developed a personal practice and relationship with Cacao for many years and is excited to share this medicine with others. She believes there is much potential for connection to ourselves, each other, and the Earth with softened, more open hearts.
