In her signature 3-day GLOW Breathwork Training, spiritual mentor and guide Garre Liana will lead you back to your breath and train you in every aspect of leading your own breathwork classes. Through in-depth tutorials on how the breath affects the nervous system to building a powerful breathwork playlist, Garre will guide you to feeling confident whether you are becoming a breathwork facilitator or just wanting to deepen your own practice.
